Here are the steps for hot preparation:
1. In an infuser, put 1 tablespoon of Respira (Breathe), add hot water 203 F
2. Let it rest for at least 5 minutes and it's ready or if you prefer cold, add ice.
All our products do not contain any animal-products or animal-derived ingredients. The place where we dry the fruits and pack the infusion does not process any animal-based products.
