Everglobe Return Policy
Uh-Oh, we didn't meet your expectations. First, let's apologize as a team if you're viewing this page that means more than likely we made a mistake or we didn't make you feel welcomed enough for you to trust us as a customer. See below the various policies depending on the type of product you would like to purchase.
Cancellation of Orders
In most cases, we encourage you to put in the request within 24 hours of placing your order as we are efficient in shipping out your package within 2 business days. If the package has already been shipped out to you, then you will have to go through the return process by contacting us.
All sales are final when it comes to the specialty coffee, chocolates, quinoa healthy snacks and any other food products from our specialty selection. The only exception would be that we sent you to the wrong product, it's expired, or the product packaging is severely damaged that nobody would consider eating it.
Because of the nature of the product being handcrafted, and for both of our safety all sales are final. Unless, they arrived damaged to you as we didn't properly package them to protect them. Then in that case you can contact us and we'll solve the issue without making you jump through hoops.

If we made the mistake, then we'll fix it, and you won't pay a dime for re-stocking fees or shipping labels.
Reimbursement of your Funds
Please, keep in mind as a small business it takes a little longer to receive your product, inspect it, and issue a refund. Usually it takes about 14 business days to see your funds credited back into your account.
