Everglobe Return Policy

Uh-Oh, we didn't meet your expectations. First, let's apologize as a team if you're viewing this page that means more than likely we made a mistake or we didn't make you feel welcomed enough for you to trust us as a customer. See below the various policies depending on the type of product you would like to purchase.

Cancellation of Orders

In most cases, we encourage you to put in the request within 24 hours of placing your order as we are efficient in shipping out your package within 2 business days. If the package has already been shipped out to you, then you will have to go through the return process by contacting us.

Food Products

All sales are final when it comes to the specialty coffee, chocolates, quinoa healthy snacks and any other food products from our specialty selection. In other words, we will not accept returns for our food based products due to safety. We will refund or replace at our discretion depending on the circumstances/evidence provided by you.

 

 

Reimbursement of your Funds

If a refund is issued to you from us, please note that it will go back to the payment method you placed the order with. Depending on the method, funds will be deposited to your payment method in a little as 1 hour, to 7 business days. We do not retain ANY banking information outside of order processing. All refund systems are handled by Shopify and your purchase method.
